Hier trifft 60er-Jahre- und 70er-Jahre-Design mit Unique-Faktor auf authentisches Ambiente: Das aufgepeppte B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude mit 79 Studios ist ein Ort, um abzutauchen und sich in eine andere Zeit versetzen zu lassen. Im Interview erz\u00e4hlt die Service- und K\u00fcchenfee Martina Puhl mehr von wiederholten Hochzeitsantr\u00e4gen, Abendschnittchen und der Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit im Hotel.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Fakten: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.steigenberger.com\/hotels\/alle-hotels\/deutschland\/duesseldorf\/steigenberger-parkhotel-duesseldorf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Henri Hotel<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsere Gespr\u00e4chspartnerin: Martina Puhl, 56<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seit Oktober 2018 im Hotel, Service und K\u00fcche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Martina, beschreib uns deinen Arbeitsalltag \u2013 was sind deine Aufgaben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Arbeitstag beginnt gew\u00f6hnlich um 6 Uhr morgens und beinhaltet dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckskoch zu helfen, die G\u00e4ste zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen, die Zimmernummern abzuhaken, den Tischplan auszuf\u00fcllen, Essen nachzulegen oder Trinken auff\u00fcllen. Um 10 Uhr ist die Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckszeit vorbei und dann geht\u2019s ans Abr\u00e4umen, Desinfizieren und Vorbereiten f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie w\u00fcrdest du euren typischen Hotelgast beschreiben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Hotelg\u00e4ste sind sehr durchmischt. Wir haben deutsche, aber auch internationale G\u00e4ste. Unter der Woche sind es eher Businessleute und am Wochenende auch mal Familien mit Kleinkindern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ist das Besondere an eurem Haus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei uns gibt es von Montag bis Donnerstag immer ein Abendschnittchen. Das ist ein kleines Abendbrot mit selbst anger\u00fchrten Dips, Gem\u00fcsesticks, Butter, Brot und Br\u00f6tchen. Dazu gibt es auch noch selbstgemachte Suppen, die zu einem kleinen Obolus dazu gekauft werden k\u00f6nnen. Das wird von unseren G\u00e4sten immer sehr gut angenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was macht euer Hotel au\u00dferdem aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir sind nicht alle urspr\u00fcnglich aus der Hotelbranche, haben also ganz unterschiedliche Kompetenzen, aber im Herzen sind wir alle Gastgeberinnen. Bei uns wohnen die G\u00e4ste wie bei Freund*innen. Unsere Philosophie ist: \u201eHome away from home\u201c. Auch unser Geb\u00e4ude ist sehr besonders. Er hat Rosen, Ballons und Champagner bestellt und wir haben alles nach seinen W\u00fcnschen gestaltet. Eine Woche sp\u00e4ter war er pl\u00f6tzlich wieder da und hat uns gebeten, das Ganze noch einmal von vorne vorzubereiten. Wir wissen bis heute nicht, was genau da los war, aber es war ein sehr einpr\u00e4gsames Ereignis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein anderes Mal war ein kanadischer Gast bei uns, der f\u00fcr die kanadische Eisenbahn arbeitet. Nach ein paar Tagen habe ich zuf\u00e4llig den Fernseher eingeschaltet und genau diesen Gast bei einer Sendung gesehen, wie er von der Eisenbahn erz\u00e4hlte. Das war wirklich lustig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warum k\u00f6nnen sich G\u00e4ste bei euch gerade in Corona-Zeiten sicher f\u00fchlen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Hotels k\u00f6nnen wir gut den \u00dcberblick behalten. Im Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksbereich ist jeder zweite Tisch abgesperrt und beim Check-In geben uns die G\u00e4ste direkt ihre gew\u00fcnschte Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckszeit an. So k\u00f6nnen wir es managen, dass nicht zuviele auf einmal beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck sitzen. Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir auch ein Hygienekonzept. Alles wird regelm\u00e4\u00dfig desinfiziert und es herrscht Maskenpflicht im ganzen Haus. Au\u00dferdem darf der Aufzug nur von einer Person genutzt werden. Der Rest muss laufen \u2013 so tun wir direkt auch was f\u00fcr die Gesundheit unserer G\u00e4ste (lacht).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was bringt die Zukunft?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir diese Krise hoffentlich \u00fcberwunden haben, w\u00fcnschen wir uns unsere Stammg\u00e4ste zur\u00fcck. Wir hoffen, dass die Messen wieder stattfinden k\u00f6nnen und wir das tun d\u00fcrfen, was wir am besten k\u00f6nnen und uns am meisten Spa\u00df bereitet. In jedem Fall werden wir unsere G\u00e4ste zur\u00fcckholen!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was w\u00fcrdest du jemandem empfehlen, der einen Tag und eine Nacht in D\u00fcsseldorf bleibt?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, vom Henri aus zu Fu\u00df in die Stadt zu laufen und danach einen Bootsausflug mit der Wei\u00dfen Flotte nach Kaiserswerth zu machen. Dort kann man sch\u00f6n bummeln, etwas essen, oder am Burghof im Biergarten einkehren. Sp\u00e4ter w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, sich zur\u00fcck Richtung Rheinturm zu begeben und von oben die tolle Aussicht zu genie\u00dfen. Abends kann man sehr gut im La Copa auf der Berger Stra\u00dfe Tapas essen und sich als Digestif noch einen Killepitsch genehmigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie sieht dein pers\u00f6nlicher perfekter Tag in D\u00fcsseldorf aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes w\u00fcrde ich mit meinem Freund eine Runde Golf spielen gehen. Danach w\u00fcrden wir mit dem Fahrrad den Rhein entlang bis in die Altstadt zum Carlsplatz fahren. Dort w\u00fcrden wir dann etwas Leckeres einkaufen, ein Glas Wein trinken und ebenfalls im La Copa Tapas essen.
